Organisation and board

CMF is directed by a board that is composed of representatives for Umeå University (UmU), The Swedish University of agricultural sciences (SLU), and The Swedish defence research agency (FOI). The Swedish government appoints the chairman of the board, and the office is directed by an office manager appointed by the headmaster at Umeå University.
