Instructions for presentations:
The exact time for presentations will be be found on the conference site: http://www.umu.se/inforsk/ISSI2005/ISSI2005Program.htm.

Full paper presentations will be allocated maximum 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions, Research-in-progress papers maximum 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.

Slide shows for the presentations should be stored on a transportable medium, such as a USB key/memory stick or CD-ROM, and should be displayable on a standard windows machine (Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred). Please, do not send your presentation by e-mail! Overhead projectors are also available.

For posters there will be a screen with 2 squares, each 70 cm wide and 100 cm high. Pins are available to set up the poster. Half the posters are presented on Monday, July 25, the other half on Tuesday, July 26. Please consult the ISSI2005 website above to see YOUR presentation date. Poster presenters must set up the poster in the morning on the chosen day, prior to conference start, so that lunch and coffee breaks can be used for poster discussions. Presenters also take them down at conference close on that same day. There is no printing service at the conference so you must bring your printed poster with you.

Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to SKD Konferensservice, P.O.
Box 1252, SE-17124 SOLNA or by e-mail: ISSI2005@konferens.se.
The following cancellation rules will apply:
If received by SKD before 31st May 2005 payments will be refunded with a deduction of SEK 500 (approx 55 Euro). After this date the cancellation fee is SEK 1000 (approx 110 Euro). After 10th July 2005 no part of the registration fee will be refunded.

Transport to and from Karolinska Institute
Bus nr 47 stops just outside Scandic Hotel Continental which is very close to Hotel Terminus and Freys Hotel, and will take you directly to, and back from, Karolinska Institute, in about 16 minutes. Bus 47 leaves every 10 minutes. To be in time for the conference start at 9.00, please be at the bus stop outside Hotel Scandic Continental at 8.20. If you take bus 47 there is hardly any risk to get lost. Each participant will get a 3 day bus ticket for free.

At Karolinska, bus 47 stops just outside the conference halls - look for the ISSI 2005 sign. The exact address is Berzelius vag 3, and you can also enter at 7b. Look at this map, and look at the upper left corner. There is also an animated map that indicates the bus stop just outside the conference halls (KIB stands for Karolinska Institute Library).

If you stay at Vanadis Hotel you can take bus 73 from Wennergren Center (the tall building at Sveavägen). Bus 73 stops at the other side of the Karolinska Instutute's campus, you enter at Nobels väg at the bottom of this map, and then you walk across campus. If you prefer to walk, the distance from Hotel Vanadis to Karolinska Institute is about 2 kilometers.
